Painting is pure passion and joy for me. Through my painting I can express my delight of life and live the pleasure of painting. My pictures are emotions made visible, flashes of thought, feelings triggered by music, a conversation, a tale, the taste of a wine, the laughter of a friend, the lights of the city or sometimes simply by the dancing of the sunrays or the sound of the wind. My painting ist more of a great party and less of a silent moment – just as myself, gushing with zest for life more than being quiet. On this website I share my art with you.

I was born in 1975 in the northern territory of the beautiful Altmark close to the border to the Prignitz. I live on the immediate outskirts of Berlin, the city I have loved since childhood because it never sleeps. I am married to my amazing husband Karsten and I have an adult daughter called Emma. Furthermore there are my future son-in-law Lutz and our papillon dogs Evi and Lilou.
